Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, using hands, combine all ingredients and knead together until well-incorporated.

Form mixture into equal-sized meatballs and place on prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 18-20 minutes.

Allow to cool slightly and serve warm.
