Easy Christmas Dessert
Christmas dessert is an effortless and easy to make. This Easy Christmas dessert takes only an hour and you are ready to experience its delicious taste.
- 2/3 cup butter
- 1 cup light sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 cup self-rising flour
- For sauce
- 1/3 cup light sugar
- 1/3 cup dark sugar
- 1/3 cup butter
- ½ cup double cream
In a large bowl, mix eggs, sugar, butter and flour with the help of an electric beater.
Grease the metal pudding holder and line with parchment paper.
Add the mixture into the holder.
Place the holder in a preheated oven at 200 degrees C for 25 minutes.
In a saucepan, add sugar and butter and mix well until the sugar is melted.
Add cream and cook for a minute. Take the saucepan off the heat and let it cool.
Take the pudding holder out of the oven and take them out of the holders.
Once cool, graze them with the sauce and serve with your favourite ice-cream.
